Since 2010, a member of the Warsaw Advocate Bar Council. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2005) and Postgraduate Studies in Tax and Tax Law at the University of Warsaw (2010). He also completed the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Florida in cooperation with the University of Warsaw (2003) and the European Law course at the University of Economics in Vienna (2010).

Grzegorz gained professional experience while working for domestic and foreign law firms as well as for central administration bodies. He advises on civil law and criminal law (penal fiscal law), as well as in selected areas of labour law, social security law and commercial (tax) law.

He is fluent in English and has a communicative command of French.

As part of her professional practice, Barbara participated in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in the IT area involving maintenance and development services for dedicated ICT systems. She provided legal support in public procurement proceedings concerning the supply of goods and IT services. She has also appeared before the National Appeal Chamber (KIO) representing the contracting authority.

She has a communicative commend of English.

Rafał has been supporting Clients in the field of tax advisory for several years. He specialises in business restructuring, taxation form advice, tax reviews and tax risk identification and management. He has extensive experience in the implementation of consulting projects for Polish and foreign Clients. The scope of his specialisation is CIT, PIT, VAT and tax on civil law transactions (PCC). He has advised Clients from many industries, including finance, real estate, construction, transport and IT. Before he joined the Law Firm, he gained experience in leading Polish and foreign tax advisory companies.

He speaks English fluently.
